What is a Campvana super user?
A Campvana super user is a user account associated with an
organization that is either an administrator or editor.
Organizations are billed based on their super users and view
only users.
What is a Campvana view only user?
A Campvana super user is a user account associated with an
organization that is a member. View only users can
view everything excluding the
organization management dashboard and update attendance.
What type of organization user accounts does Campvana have?
Campvana has three types of accounts:
- Administrator: can access and edit everything related to your organization
- Editor: can access and edit everything excluding the organization management dashboard which includes billing and organization user management
- Member: can view everything excluding the organization management dashboard. A member can update attendance but cannot edit anything else.
What happens if I exceed my super user account limit?
If you exceed the super user accounts for
your pricing plan you will
receive an email notification and the next billing cycle you
will be charged for the
appropriate pricing tier.
Why does a family require an email?
The family email is used to manage the family profile and
gives you access to change any
information associated with the family.
When should I create an emergency contact instead of a person profile?
Emergency contacts are people not directly associated with
your organization and only exist
to serve as contacts for people associated with your
organization. Emergency contacts do not
show up in the family profile and cannot manage their own
information. Emergency contacts
should be created when the individual does not participate in
your organization.
How do I upload data from other software or another source?
An organization administrator can go to the "Organization
Dashboard" under the
"My Account" dropdown. At the top of the page, click the
button "Upload Previous Data".
How does registering a new organization user account work?
Registration is simple and easy. Just follow the steps below:

- Enter your email, name and password to sign up for an account.
- You'll be sent a confirmation email to verify your account.
- Then, either join an organization or create an organization.

How does Campvana manage credit card processing and online payments?

Stripe charges a fixed fee and a percentage of the transaction each time you accept a credit or debit card payment. The price is the same for all cards. You don’t pay anything for failed charges.
