A Campvana super user is a user account associated with an organization that is either and administrator or editor. Organizations are billed based on their super users. User accounts that are just organization members do not count towards billing.
Campvana has three types of accounts:
  1. Administrator: can access and edit everything related to your organization
  2. Editor: can access and edit everything excluding the organization management dashboard which includes billing and organization user management
  3. Member: can clock in and clock out staff and update attendance but cannot edit anything else or access the organization management dashboard

The price for credit card charges is 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card charge.
Stripe charges a fixed fee and a percentage of the transaction each time you accept a credit or debit card payment. The price is the same for all cards. You don’t pay anything for failed charges.
If you exceed the super user accounts for your pricing plan you will receive an email notification and the next billing cycle you will be charged for the appropriate pricing tier.
The family email is used to manage the family profile and gives you access to change any information associated with the family.
Emergency contacts are people not directly associated with your organization and only exist to serve as contacts for people associated with your organization. Emergency contacts do not show up in the family profile and cannot manage their own information. Emergency contacts should be created when the individual does not participate in your organization.
An organization administrator can go to the "Organization Dashboard" under the "My Account" dropdown. At the top of the page, click the button "Upload Previous Data".
Registration is simple and easy. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your email, name and password to sign up for an account.
  2. You'll be sent a confirmation email to verify your account.
  3. Then, either join an organization or create an organization.

Note: joining an organization requires one of the organization admins to add your account via email and creating an organization requires credit card information. All pricing plans come with a free trial, and your credit card won't be charged until the free trial ends.
